The wind and my skirt.

What is my unfortunate luck that it is always windy when I want to wear a skirt?
It makes it virtually impossible to walk like a normal human being when you are hunched over clutching your skirt.




Don't fret.
The belt was tighter during the day, just not here for some odd reason.
